To comprehensively enhance employees' sense of responsibility, build an efficient execution team, and empower the organization for high-efficiency development, on July 16, Zhonghongyang Construction invited professional instructors from Action Education to the corporate academy to conduct a special training titled "100% Responsibility Commitment." More than 30 company backbones participated in this training, embarking on a deep awakening journey about "responsibility thinking" through immersive learning and practical exercises.

1. Collaboration with Renowned Enterprises

This time, to help employees improve their thinking, take initiative in responsibility, develop a sense of responsibility, and enhance problem-solving skills, Zhonghongyang Corporate Academy invited instructors from Action Education to conduct the "100% Responsibility Commitment" course training in the training room of the Qingyuan production base.

2. Course Overview
This special training was conducted through a combination of "video learning + on-site interaction." The video learning was led by Mr. Li Jian, Chairman and CEO of Action Education.

The course focused on three key points: "Breaking through the misconception of dispersed responsibility and establishing a sense of responsibility for all employees," "Mastering proactive responsibility methodologies and improving problem-solving abilities," and "Building a high-performance team gene with no shirking and zero excuses."

During the session, the on-site instructor guided group members to interact, analyze problems and lessons from their own work positions, and jointly build a high-performance team culture.

During the training, more than 30 backbone employees listened attentively, actively participated in group interactions, eagerly spoke on stage, shared encouragement with each other, and absorbed the essence of the course.
