During the second quarter, Zhonghongyang held the 2025 key work kick-off meeting, attended by the company's management and heads of various center departments to arrange and deploy the annual key tasks. At the same time, based on the overall OKR key work progress rhythm and the overall situation of the first half of 2025, two OKR workshops were launched to optimize and improve the set indicators. Subsequently, through weekly meetings, monthly meetings, review meetings, and other forms, continuous practice, improvement, and review will be carried out to ensure the comprehensive completion of annual indicator tasks.
