The tense and hot welding site
Manual welding is a special process and a highly practical skill. Manual welding is easy to learn but difficult to master. It may seem simple, but it is not easy to perform good welding. Welders are required to have accurate eyes, stable hands, and a calm mind. Xiao Guanyin, the manager of the Production Management Department, stated that the welding quality of aluminum molds is one of the important factors affecting product quality. Improving the welding level is an important part of improving product quality. In recent years, the employees of Zhonghongyang have inherited the spirit of craftsmanship, strived for excellence, and steadily improved the product qualification rate.
The participants are proficient in welding operations and enter a selfless competition state. During this period, Chen Yongting, the General Manager of Zhonghongyang, together with Li Zhiwei, the Director of Business Center, and Wang Chunyi, the Director of Production Center, watched the welder competition on site.
After half an hour of meticulous carving, each aluminum component combination and set of aluminum templates were perfectly presented in the hands of the contestants. All the contestants completed the welding task quickly and well, and submitted their works. The jury quickly conducted inspections and evaluations on multiple aspects of the weld seam and visual quality of the completed works by the contestants.
