In order to improve the standardization level of leasing and contracting services for building aluminum alloy templates in China, establish a unified operating standard for industry leasing and contracting services, and further promote the preparation of the "Building Aluminum Alloy Template Leasing and Contracting Service Standard", the China Infrastructure Material Leasing and Contracting Association (hereinafter referred to as the "China Construction Leasing Association") held the third working group meeting on July 28 to discuss the specific content of the standard working group draft.

Clarified the specific values of depreciation, amortization, and residual value ratio; Methods and formulas for settlement of lease fees, calculation of overdue rent, calculation of engineering quantity after changes, and confirmation of returned materials; Added tables such as "Material Entry List", "First Floor Construction Quality Acceptance Form", "Aluminum Alloy Template Acceptance Form", "Material Return List", and "Material Return Comparison Table" to further clarify the specific items and indicator requirements for verification; Regarding the aluminum alloy template leasing and contracting service contract template, which mentions further refinement of the rights and responsibilities of the lessor and lessee, the clause "the lessee requires the actual quality standards of this project" has been redefined.
